Booking, payment & cancellations

Sessions are by appointment only. Payment is cash only at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Cancellation, late arrival, no-show, and draping policies are described on the Intake forms page; by booking a session you agree to those policies.

Client conduct

Sessions are professional, therapeutic massage. Any inappropriate behavior, sexual advances, or violation of the draping policy will result in the immediate end of the session, full charge for the appointment, and refusal of future bookings.

Intake & consent

Before your first session you will complete a health intake and sign a consent and liability waiver. Disclosing accurate medical information is your responsibility and is essential for your safety.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kayelement Massage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Use of the site is at your own risk and the site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party services (e.g., Instagram). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Monroe County, New York.
